About E-Maalkhana

1. Purpose / उद्देश्य

E-Maalkhana ("the System") is a digital system for police maalkhanas. Authorised officers of the Uttar Pradesh Police use it to register, track, audit, and manage seized property and evidence kept in the maalkhana.

ई-मालखाना पुलिस मालखाने के लिए एक डिजिटल सिस्टम है। उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के अनुमति प्राप्त अधिकारी इसका उपयोग जब्त सामान और साक्ष्य दर्ज करने, ट्रैक करने, ऑडिट करने और मैनेज करने के लिए करते हैं।

2. Owning department / किसका सिस्टम है

The System is owned by and run for the Uttar Pradesh Police. Who gets access, and how it is used day to day, is decided by the competent police authority at state, district, or station level.

यह सिस्टम उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस का है और उनके सरकारी उपयोग के लिए चलता है। किसे एक्सेस मिलेगा और रोज़ कैसे उपयोग होगा — यह राज्य, जिला या थाना स्तर पर पुलिस विभाग तय करता है।

3. Developed by / डेवलपर

The System is built and maintained by Vinkura Innovations Network Pvt Ltd ("Vinkura AI"), under arrangement with the owning department. Vinkura AI provides software and support. It does not own police records or decide policing matters.

सिस्टम Vinkura Innovations Network Pvt Ltd ("Vinkura AI") बनाता और रखता है, पुलिस विभाग की व्यवस्था के तहत। Vinkura AI सॉफ़्टवेयर और सपोर्ट देता है; पुलिस रिकॉर्ड का मालिक या पुलिसिंग के फैसले इसके पास नहीं हैं।

4. Not a public evidence portal / पब्लिक साक्ष्य पोर्टल नहीं

E-Maalkhana is an internal official system. It is not for public requests about evidence, property release, case status, or document access. The public should use the police station counter, court process, or other channel fixed by Uttar Pradesh Police.

ई-मालखाना अंदरूनी सरकारी सिस्टम है। जनता के साक्ष्य, संपत्ति छोड़ने, केस स्थिति या दस्तावेज़ अनुरोध के लिए यह नहीं है। आम नागरिक थाना काउंटर, कोर्ट प्रक्रिया या उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा बताए गए माध्यम का उपयोग करें।
